Bernadette Lapena, DDS


Biography

Dr. Lapena received her D.D.S. degree from New York University College of Dentistry in 1997 in New York, NY and she completed her General Practice Residency at Lutheran Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY the following year. She then continued on to further her education, receiving her certificate in Pediatric Dentistry from Brookdale University Hospital and Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY, where she was named Outstanding First Year Resident in Pediatric Dentistry, and New York University College of Dentistry. During her Pediatric Dentistry residency, she received additional training at NYU Langone Medical Center, Bellevue Hospital and Rose F. Kennedy Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities, providing her with a solid foundation in providing dental care to children and teenagers alike.
